Grazie alle eccellenti caratteristiche elastiche si impiegano perfettamente tra albero motore ed albero condotto nella trasmissione del moto.

Proprio per l’elevata deformabilità e l’ottimo smorzamento assorbono le vibrazioni TORSIONALI. Questo tipo di vibrazione è la causa primaria di rottura di organi meccanici.

I supporti elastici DAB riducono le irregolarità del moto ma anche le vibrazioni.

Vengono impiegati infatti anche per compensare eventuali disallineamenti (angolo cardanico 4°- 6°) che possono essere presenti nel punto di collegamento fra due alberi, mantenendo inalterata la trasmissione omocinetica.
Per disallineamenti con angolo superiore si possono montare due giunti in serie.
Infatti è praticamente impossibile ottenere un perfetto allineamento tra questi e, ancor più, riuscire a mantenerlo nel tempo a causa delle vibrazioni e delle dilatazioni termiche a cui sono sottoposte le strutture interessate.

Dove utilizzare i supporti elastici DAB?

Sicuramente nell’industria automobilistica ed in quella ferroviaria.
Per gruppi elettrogeni, moto, elettrocompressori e macchine agricole.
L’impiego di antivibranti a campana è da consigliare inoltre in qualsiasi circostanza in cui occorra trasmettere un moto rotativo da un gruppo motore ad altri organi condotti (o trascinati) a maggior ragione quando il moto è irregolare, con regimi critici o di picchi di coppia generati dalla contrapposizione delle masse rotanti.
